The Alpine Garden Society was founded in 1929 with the aim of promoting an interest in all aspects of alpine plants, their cultivation in rock gardens, and plant conservation in natural habitats.

The Cyclamen Society exists to encourage cultivation and conservation, and to disseminate knowledge of the genus Cyclamen and its species, forms and cultivars. It combines scientific study with all the activities of a society for enthusiasts who cultivate the plants.
The Society was formed in England in January 1977 and now has over 1600 members. Although it is based in the United Kingdom, it has a world-wide membership with nearly 20% from outside the UK, spread across Europe (9.7%), North America (5%), South America, South Africa, Australia (2.7%), New Zealand (1%), China, Japan (2.8%) and the countries of the former USSR.

(NARGS) is for gardening enthusiasts interested in alpine, saxatile, and low-growing perennials. It encourages the study and cultivation of wildflowers that grow well among rocks, whether such plants originate above treeline or at lower elevations.

The American Conifer Society
The name 'conifer' comes from the Latin word meaning "cone-bearing." However, 
not all conifers have cones. Some, such as juniper and yew, have a berry-like 
fruit. Most conifers have a needle-shaped, awl-shaped, or scale-shaped leaf; 
the ginkgo. Most conifers are trees; some are bushy or low ground covers. Most 
conifers are green; some forms are yellow, blue, or variegated. There are more 
than 500 species of conifers distributed around the world. Many are valuable 
timber trees and many more are useful garden plants for public areas, home 
landscapes, and special collections.

it enjoyed a generation ago. The Saxifrage Society has been formed to promote 
the cultivation of the genus and encourage their study in gardens and in the wild.

アメリカのシダの愛好団体 
The American Fern Society is over 100 years old. With over 900 members worldwide, 
it is one of the largest international fern clubs in the world. It was established 
in 1893 with the objective of fostering interest in ferns and fern allies. To this 
end it encourages correspondence and the exchange of information and specimens 
between members via its newsletter the Fiddlehead Forum. We have "Fern Forays" 
into the woods every August. These field trips provide a wonderful way to learn 
more about wild ferns from experts and also afford an occasion to meet other people 
with a similar passion for ferns. This web page is designed to expand on this 
exchange of information with amateurs and professionals around the world. We hope 
that in this way many more people will be able to explore these interesting plants 
and their allies.
